We had a basement flood, it was awful. Our insurance company suggested Tersuli Construction. All of our belongings were destroyed and damage throughout the space. Our project manager, Dave, was fantastic. Communicated the status of the project on a consistent basis and made the process less stressful for us. Would highly recommend.

Trent and his team did a great job fixing up our property after some fire damage. From start to finish they were very thorough and communicated with us as the project progressed. In the end it was almost as if the fire had never happened! I highly recommend these guys.

"Tersuli Construction was recommended by our insurance company after we suffered water damage due to a broken supply line in an upstairs shower. Water came down through the ceiling into our kitchen where we suffered most of the damage. Repairs included patching and replacing drywall and trim, replacing carpet, removal and replacement of hardwood floors. All of our furniture had to be moved out while floors were sanded and refinished. Tersuli was in charge of arranging and overseeing all of this. We were very reluctant to go with Tersuli Construction after reading the negative reviews on Yelp, however the project manager that was our first point of contact was very nice and professional and seemed genuine. So we asked for a couple of references before deciding to sign the contract. I'm happy to say that we are completely satisfied with all aspects of the repair process. Tersuli's project managers and all of the subcontractors were very professional and responsive to all of our questions/concerns. Every bit of the work was done beautifully and each step was completed exactly according to the schedule we were given."

"Our insurance company recommended Tersuli Construction for the water damage in our home. It was a large project because the damage was to our hardwood floors which cover most of the lower level of our house. Not only did a lot of the floor need replaced it all had to be re-surfaced and matched. Josh and Dave from Tersuli did a great job of getting all the sub-contractors together. We had a group meeting to discuss the project and they then put together a work calendar that fit our needs. It was a project that included moving furniture out, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, painting and finish carpentry trim work. We had to leave the house for some of the work and were kept updated while we were gone. Josh was always available by cell phone or email if I had any questions and returned calls promptly. The finished product came out beautifully. We were very happy with their work. I recommend Tersuli Construction."
